Eligible gigs must be dated today or later and have status Confirmed. Private notes, pay, contacts, assignments, and internal schedule notes are never shared.
Event categories

Booking status
Standard stages keep booking progress consistent: confirmed, tentative, complete, and canceled.

These describe who provides sound for an event. A band admin can adjust the choices when needed.
